System Manager Options – E-Mail Support
On the E-Mail Support tab:

- Select whether you wish to use your Microsoft Outlook® Address books as the source for e-mail addresses when e-mailing direct from ToCoM, or whether you wish to use 'internet' e-mail addresses (with this type of e-mail addressing, you'll have to type in the full e-mail address). Note that, if your users do not have Outlook available, but you do have an e-mail account available on the ToCoM server, you'll have to select the 'Internet' option.
- In order to use the e-mail integration functions within the ToCoM Suite, the server on which you run the system requires to have access to an e-mail account on that server. In the Profile field, enter the Profile Name of the e-mail account to use (e.g.
Outlook
).
- The ToCoM Workflow service is capable of automatically e-mailing export files and reports directly to you and your users, as well as your clients. E-Mail is also used for notification of success or failure of scheduled workflow tasks to your operators. This e-mail service appends an 'auto-signature' to each e-mail – enter your
E-Mail Auto-Signature
for these automated e-mails in the box provided.
